PANDEM2-SIM

Pandem2-Sim is a tool that models the key mechanisms whereby a novel pathogen infects a susceptible population and supports the generation of plausible disease trajectories (e.g., incidence, hospitalisation, and mortality). Estimating these indicators permits the quantification of the demand imposed on the hospital system and the number of resources required to control the pandemic.
