PANDEM-2: Proud to be an EU CLIMATE Pact AMBASSADOR
PANDEM-2 recently became a Climate Pact Ambassador as part of the European Union’s Climate Pact. The EU Climate Pact is an EU-wide initiative inviting people, communities and organisations to participate in climate action to build a greener Europe. It invites and encourages people, communities and organisations to connect and share knowledge about combatting the effects of climate change. The role of a Climate Ambassador is to inform, inspire and support climate action in their communities and networks.
Climate change and public health have never been more crucial than now. For this reason, PANDEM-2 will integrate the aim to inform people about the link between climate change and pandemics in its work. As an ambassador, we will proactively promote climate action through social media, events and networking. Ultimately, ensuring that climate action is an integral part of our work in every context.
