The 7th PANDEM-2 plenary meeting took place on Tuesday 8th November 2022 led by project coordinator Prof. Máire Connolly from the University of Galway. The meeting was attended by the consortium’s 19 partner organisations from across Europe.
As the project nears the end of its second year, the afternoon delivered a reflective discussion which highlighted the key achievements made by the project and updates on how specific outputs are progressing. Partners presented various developments, insights, and challenges within their respective work packages. Additionally, an update was delivered on the status for deliverables as well as an update on what dissemination activities partners are involved in. There was an important update on real life pandemic interjections – and a new project video has been presented which outlines how advances in surveillance, situational awareness, communications, and training that have been made during the Covid-19 Pandemic are being incorporated into project outputs.
